The theme for today's Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg is 'Fill the Frame'.  Well I think this does.

Another medical day, this time it was an appointment with my GP at the surgery. We discussed my medicines, the options and the results of doing various adjustments. A good conversation but not all reassuring. I'm to have another blood test in a week's time.

In other news: we made a Very Veggie Lentil Bake this morning which we're having for tea.
