If you've lost a bicycle...

This is on the noticeboard at Sainsbury's in Staplehurst, I drove home trying to decide what it means. It's either a coded message to a spy cell based in the Weald of Kent, or it's a subtle advert for a house of easy virtue. Good news about the batteries too.
