Can I win an award for having the oldest jar of spice in the cupboard? Yep, you read that label correctly, that expiry date is the 28th of March 1979. I wonder what it would taste like now? Actually, it's a shame that it is finely ground powder. Otherwise if it was flakes with the odd seed I would be keen to attempt to plant a seed and see if I could bring back a master foods chilli from the seventies!!
