More lovely.friends

More lovely running friends arrived today.
We had a wonderful lunch.
Checked them into their hotel. 
we had a drink.on the terrace and leaving N fell down 4 steep steps he was looking at a man who had not picked up their dog poo, big mistake!! he landed very had on both knees.. very shocked.. Thank.goodness after awhile we managed to help him up.

He  had only 1 beer.. just mentioning..
Lets see next few days 
They preferred to stay in a hotel. undestand.
