Dereliction

This is probably the 10th time over many years that I have blipped the Winter Gardens at Springburn Park in Glasgow.   On several occasions there was a false dawn suggesting that work was starting on refurbishment.   I remember being there on one occasion when workmen were actually making a start on preparing it.    But as usual it all came to nothing,  and each time I visit there are more signs of it deteriorating.
