Drill bit

I love textures and in particular rusty chains. This was eye level as I walked past so had to stop. A few steps later I found a box of 6 broken eggs on the floor so someone won't be having an omelette for tea!

I don't usually work in the office on a Monday so it was a bit of a rush getting back in time for Rockfit, but at least it makes me leave the office. Ten months in and it's the longest I've stuck with an exercise class.

Three things I'm grateful for:
-Pacemakers, after his heart op it's meant my dad has enjoyed another birthday
-A hot bath to ease aching muscles after Rockfit
-New friends I've made at Rockfit
