Rock Parrot

Ever since I’ve been at Augusta I’ve been trying to get a half decent image of the elusive Little Rock Parrot.  It was just by chance that we spotted this character as we were leaving the grounds of the Lighthouse this morning.  Couldn’t believe my luck, particularly as it was posing next to a colourful dandelion :). It’s a busy time for interstate visitors at the moment, but great to see family and great friends making the trek to the west.  We’ve been here long enough now to know how to pack a lot into a couple of days and will be doing our best over the next couple of weeks.
