Sick again

Was sick again over night and not well in the morning.

I skipped the walking part of the netwalking and just caught up with Kelly.

I had an appointment at Sandyford and made it there as I was feeling better.
The afternoon I was talking it easy but still had the dentist.

The braces are doing their job.

Had baked potato for dinner - hoping thats good for the tummy.
