Winding down?

Poor old Stormin' Norman is slowing down now the days are shorter and the sun is much weaker. He couldn't even manage to eat a strawberry. 
I visited my Mother today who shows no sign of slowing down. She was in a relaxed mood and we spent a couple of companionable hours together. She kept telling me how she had enjoyed a recent  boat trip on the Solent. I'm so pleased she is able to participate in the many activities on offer.This is the Alison MacGregor boat she went on:
