Inspirational

Today I attended the Cumbria Chamber of Commerce Conference in Workington. Apart from meeting local businesses the Chamber had two fantastic speakers: Teresa Griffiths CBE ACCR and Geoff Ramm.
Both were just amazingly inspirational and it was their personal experiences that made things real and applicable rather than another textbook on leadership and customer service. Do look them up!
