Getting harder

Motivation for rowing waning as getting out a bit on the bike. Needed a rest day today as my bike work increases, so rowed this one badly ( using mainly arms) to give legs a bit of a break.

Workout of the day is my usual workout choice - this was 6 increasing length intervals on one minute rest between.

Not fast but at least doing something for the upper body.
