Pork Tenderloin

Grilled fenugreek pork tenderloin with tzatziki sauce, and tomato and red onion salad. Wine: Andrew Murray Grenache 2020.

This was a superlative dinner. I got the recipe from Aegean by Marriana Leivaditaki. Now I look forward to trying more from this book. A surprise costar of the meal was the tzatziki, which we both agreed is the best either of us has ever had (I may not use another recipe for it again).
