View from the trig

Went for a double whammy today at Chilham. Bagged the trig I was after then headed through the vineyards and orchards hoping to visit Chilham castle. I knew it was only open Tuesdays and Thursdays, but unfortunately hadn’t clocked that it is also May to September only. Realising we are now in October, I peaked through the gate then went on my merry way home.
It was still a lovely walk :-)
