Autumn At Knole Park

We had a lovely day at Knole Park. The deer were quite inactive, with the young males mostly sleeping and the females keeping in tight groups with their young. Please do have a look at my shots at Heather Kennedy - Knole Park Autumn 2023 (myportfolio.com) if you can spare a few minutes.

As well as the deer, we were also treated to seeing a beautiful pheasant and this lovely carion crow. Crows are known for their intelligence and  problem solving abilities. This one was waiting patiently for us to finish our lunch and leave. As soon as we stood up, it jumped on the table to clear any left overs it could find.
