Rusty Streaks

It is an old storage tank with an outside stair.  It is not in a good state of repair so I hope it is not still in use, or at least, is empty.

The rust streaks hang down like curtains between the strengthening bands that no longer look strong enough to do their job.

Anyway, I took this for Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday Challenge, AT432, so it doesn't matter what it really is, or was.
