An unusual tulip …..

….. ….. ….. growing near a villa in the Village.

This morning I went to a talk given by Joseph Mooney, the local National MP, who is standing again in our current elections - they’re happening now. I’ve already voted but was interested to hear some of the details of National’s intentions for the future. I wasn’t alone in being relieved to hear the extent that National will be going to, to repeal damage that’s been done over the past 6 years.

I just hope they’re as good as their word. They’re currently polling the highest of any of the parties and I can’t see how they can miss at this late stage.
