Hazel Catkins

There are a few of these catkins appearing in the local hedgerows…they are still quite small. A quick grab shot on my way past!

A very early blip today….there may not be much time for blipping later.

My brother, our nephew and nephew’s wife are passing through on their way from New York to London!! They are off to a see a Buffalo Bills ‘football’ match in London (Tottenham Hotspur Stadium) on Sunday (..crazy). They are currently en route from Manchester airport.

There is so much catching up to do and we have a table booked for dinner at a local pub/restaurant this evening… our son, daughter and her family are joining us for a big get together.

Our ‘visitors’ are staying locally, we don’t have room to accommodate guests any more (at least not grown-up ones) and they are heading off tomorrow morning, to stay closer to London!
