Shadows

Back to eye  hospital this morning. Saw a different doctor again,  4th in 4 visits  but all brilliant. Good news is that laser treatment seems ro have worked, so ok to run, yoga etc. No contact sports like boxing allowed. Think should be OK with that.

So went for a short run and then a swim at lunchtime. Water in lake is super.
