Yorkshire's Finest

Filey Bay Distillery is the first (and maybe only) single malt whisky distillery in Yorkshire. Their whisky is quite exceptional - light, fruity and creamy - very gentle and I would say an ideal whisky for introducing new drinkers to the spirit.
I am enjoying a large wee dram whilst I post this Blip.
