Runners At Dawn

It's been a long time since I went down to the sea to watch the sunrise - in England, at least! It was so lovely to be out at that time of day. Of course, sunrise is relatively late now, so there were a few joggers, dog walkers and cyclists, as well as a couple of hardy swimmers enjoying the freshness of the new morning.
