Early rise to have breakfast with S and M before they set off to their work course in Perth.

Tesco delivery arrived just before 9am.  No substitutes.  Yay!  :-))

Spent a chunk of the morning working on my crochet hexi cardi.  I am SO bored of this project it was actually a relief to put it down to go to the Health Centre for my monthly hormone implant!  

S and M returned from their course ready for a glass of wine!  Thankfully they are enjoying the course (it runs from September to March with some sessions online and some in person) 

After dinner D disappeared to watch tv in the living room, leaving us to continue our blethers intellectual conversation into the wee small hours.  D headed upstairs just after midnight.  Even Lola took herself off to bed while we were still chatting :-))

S and I don't often to get to chat without her girls being present so we made the most of it!
