Time of our lives

Our road turned into a mini river this morning with water coming off The Ochils and the drains unable to cope.
 
Fortunately it didn’t make it into our garden. But a few years  ago following  a freak flash  flood water flowed through our drive into the patio and out the other end. Quite scary.
 
One of the roads into Stirling is still blocked and the allotments are flooded. I feel sorry for my friend who worked so hard on her new allotment. I haven’t heard yet if the water has subsided or the extent of the damage. 
 
M rang from Turkey. It seems their local guide has a drone and films each days excursions. Gone are the days of postcards home.
