Becoming Drier?

Finally the rain ceased during the night.

There is the minor problem of the surface water to drain away as today’s entry shows. This looks worse than it is. The water is draining away through various drains and road gullies which the ‘Cooncil’ workers cleaned on Friday. Good timing!

We are fortunate, and as the news bulletins show other areas are very much worse, especially those close to rivers.
