Went for a run this evening, mainly to clear my head. So much awful stuff going off in the world. Everything just feels wrong at the moment.

Events at the weekend - terrible.
The response - terrible.
Seems to be mainly innocent people including the elderly and children that are suffering the most on both sides. My brain can't compute. Horrifying.
