Pleased

Had a choice of images to post today.This is my favourite. Was good to take the canon out and blow some cobwebs. I was so tired that I forgot to get some milk and diced beef for a casserole.  I am however pleased that I managed to walk further than I have in ages . Still not smoking and lost nearly a stone since my heart attack. Go meee!!
