Skimmia Japonica

Yet another garden shrub is laden with berries, and again, the birds are showing no interest in them. Perhaps there is too much natural food around in the  close by woodlands? Another mild day with irritating pulses of light rain which were very short lived, but there is the threat of heavy rain tomorrow night and all day Friday with perhaps a frost on Sunday night? Autumn well and truly established!
