Mighty Oaks Etc

On a wooden seat on my circuit, which I now (of course) often share with Layla. At my request we paused here briefly while I got my breath back. Layla was happy enough with the suggestion as it meant that she could leap onto the seat for a quick cuddle before pressing on. As I write this a 8.36 pm I have done 16744 steps and Layla must have done many more. So I don't feel too badly.
