Walked past the blipped building works on way back from buying more Cox apples in Southbourne. We were on a futile search for more conkers, guided by advice on where to find them on the local 'SOBO' Facebook page!

Feet weary again. So enjoyed a flat white at the new Deus ex Machina. The 'head' barista really is a whizz. We had an informative chat with him, so much to learn about the humble bean.

Otherwise glued to the news again. Seems an Israeli woman hostage and her 2 kids have been released. Let's pray this gesture is a promising sign
