Heddiw roedd amser i docio'r goeden cwins. Nis rhywbeth rhy ddinistriol yr amser hwn, dim ond torri'r canghennau oedd wedi tyfu rhy uchel. Yn y proses ffeindiais i'r un ffrwyth aeddfed ac un wedi pydru, a oedd wedi ei guddio tan dorrais eu cangen.

Mewn newyddion eraill, rydw i wedi gorffen fy mhrosiect i ddileu ffotograffau. Dechreuais i'r ym mis Ionawr 2022 gyda 150000 ffotograff, gyda chynllun i fynd trwy bopeth erbyn diwedd mis Rhagfyr 2023. Wel nawr rydw i wedi gorffen, dwy mis yn gynnar, gyda 'dim ond' 96244 ffotograff ar ôl.

O hyn ymlaen rydw i'n meddwl bod rhaid i mi ddelio gyda fy ffotograffau fel garddio - bydd ychydig o docio rheolaidd yn well na phrosiect mawr. Ac yn sortio'r 'aeddfed' o'r 'wedi pydru' hefyd.

Today it was time to prune the quince tree. Nothing too destructive this time, just cutting the branches that had grown too high. In the process I found one ripe fruit and one rotten, which had been hidden until I cut their branch.

In other news, I've finished my project to delete photographs. I started in January 2022 with 150000 photographs, with a plan to go through everything by the end of December 2023. Well now I'm done, two months early, with 'only' 96244 photographs left.

From now on I think I have to deal with my photographs like gardening - a bit of regular pruning will be better than a big project. And sorting the 'ripe' from the 'rotten' too.
