A mainly cloudy day with some drizzle is not ideal for Mr Balloon seller. 
District Nurse service efficient today - very reassuring. I'm back "enjoying" the unusual combination of chemo fatigue and steroid wide awakeness. Three days, then the other interesting side effect arrives (don't ask).
