Woodhouse Mill - Todmorden

This is Woodhouse Mill, Todmorden, West Yorkshire.
Built c.1830 - this canal side 5 storey Grade II listed building was totally burnt out by a fire c.1994. It stood derelict for ten years until a local demolition expert - Charles Moran - decided to spend £3 million renovating it. It is now 20 apartments.
Great to see some of these mills getting a new lease of life - and to be restored by a 'demolition expert' is a bit of a twist to the tale :-)
