Old treasures

Had a great couple of hours with Julia after a few chores then went with MrK to see 'The Great Escaper' with Michael Caine playing Bernie,  who made his own way to be part of celebrations in France of the 70th anniversary of the d-day landings.  He is perfect for the role. A real treasure. It feels quite decadent going to the cinema during the day, I'm not sure why.
My sister gave me these old badges, that belonged to my Dad for is bowls escapades. I found them tonight while searching for something else. Now what to do with them! Maybe I can incorporate some in a mosaic.
