Flower Friday

Today’s blip is a repeat of one I did at the beginning of September, of the Tigridia Pavonia in flower.

Considering this is barely hardy, and normally grown as a tender summer annual (planted in spring and dug up again in autumn for storing in a dry frost-free place), I am surprised that it is still flowering in mid October. Again, it’s a shame that the flowers last only for a day.

Have a good Friday all.
