Flower Friday

I'd noticed a bud on this rosebush in the garden the other day and hoped that it would manage to come into flower before the weather gets too cold. So I was delighted when I popped out into the garden this afternoon to look for a flower blip, and found that it had just opened - probably as a consequence of the sunny weather today.
