Our friend Ana popped round to meet the new cats late morning after I got back from yoga . It was good to catch-up after our trip to Italy.
In the afternoon I taught yoga in Annan . There was a good turn out in this friendly class.
My partner and I went for a walk by the River Annan , near Hoddom Castle afterwards . It was lovely and sunny.
It was good to get home to see the cats :-)
