Wet Paint!

Passed this guy in Cockermouth today - had to turn round and walk back just to get the photo. I suppose leaning against wet blue paint in a blue jacket might just work, and in all honesty, I don't think the paint's been wet in ages, but I thought it made a cracking image for Friday 13th.
