Crab Apples

Take a bag of ineadible crab apples, a bottle of cheap undrinkable vodka and half a bag of processed sugar with no nutritional value.
Half the apples, place in a jar, cover in sugar then add the vodka, seal and leave in a cool dark cupboard for a month or two.
Strain and you end up with the most beautiful liqueur you could imagine.
