I love how curious cattle are! The cows all came down to offer advice to the drain-unblocker men after their unsuccessful attempt to solve our issues. Turns out the soakaway isn't big enough/has become silted up so a new one will need to be installed. No wonder I had bubbles coming up out of the drains the day before we left for our holidays. 

The boiler man also came today to fix the problem that also occurred the day before we left! Unfortunately, that is an expensive fix that's not worth doing as we're waiting to get the system replaced so now we're on a constant watch to keep topping up the pressure. 

I have stacks of washing to do so now it'll have to be a little at a time ...
