12 minute wonder

Today was the mini race of the Great South Run and young R, not yet 5, completed his first charity run in 12 mins. Fantastic!! It was a great atmosphere and I found it really moving watching all these little ones running their hearts out with their ‘accompanying adult.’ And they have raised money for the MS Centre here in Portsmouth - which is a wonderful outcome. We shall be back tomorrow for the main event cheering on M.
