National Album Day

Two of my favourite albums.
Hotel California is the original I bought from Asda in 1976 and it still plays well - just the odd crackle but otherwise perfect.
Rumours is also an original but bought from eBay as a present from my sister. My copy was on white vinyl, I’m not sure what happened to it but a lot of my vinyl collection was sold when CDs came along.
So now I can be found scouring the shelves of charity shops looking for albums I once had on vinyl (and still have on CD but nothing beats the vinyl experience) and all my eBay searches and watchlist are for records (currently Cream, The Beatles and early Pink Floyd) :-)
