Longhorns

A trip to Skipwith Common today to help run the start for our clubs Orienteering event today. Helpers were in short supply so we ended up doing a longer stint.

One of the things I had to highlight to competitors before the start was the presence of Longhorn cattle on the common. Fortunately even with calves they were used to people and fairly relaxed. This little calf seemed unperturbed by my presence at the watering hole.
