Community orchard

The village community orchard is looking very tidy thanks to the work of a great team of volunteers. All the grass is trimmed, the trees pruned, apples collected and everything ready for next spring. Each tree now has a label attached giving the apple variery, whether cooker or eating apples and which month of autumn they ripen.
