100 years ago today...

A century ago today, Walt Disney and his brother Roy officially founded the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, changing entertainment forever. These 'circles' are part of a 14th of an original second hand drawn by Ub Iwerks to form Minnie Mouse's face, from the 1928 Disney shirt Plane Crazy, one of my favourite pieces of my Disney collection of original animation artwork. It actually predates Steamboat Willie, which most people think was the first Mickey Mouse cartoon - Plane Crazy was created first, but released second.
