Swiss Alps

Had fun finding car park at Heathrow! Got there in the end, found group easily, sailed through security, long wait but enjoyed lunch.

Getting on the aircraft seemed to be the signal for my body to shut down and I was asleep during the hour we sat on the tarmac and most of the flight. Left half hour late but pilot put his foot down and we arrived on time.

10.15pm and 25degrees! Welcome to the Holy Land!

45 min drive to hotel in Jerusalem. Meal at midnight. Breakfast will be at 7am and we will be on the road by 8am.

My room is fab! Full bottle of red wine as welcome gift. I have my own sitting room too and a view of the city wall. Internet connection very slow so may struggle.
