Red Snapper

Red snapper with ginger butter, peas, parmesan millet mush, and aged Gouda. Wine: Tenuta Sarno 1860 Fiano de Avellino Riserva 2018.

This is our second attempt to like millet in the last year. We have concluded it should be left for the parakeets who enjoy it a lot more than we do.
