On our my way to Aberdeen for this weekend’s SNP Annual Conference Cathleen and I stopped at Bowling to take part in the “Chain of Freedom “ demonstration.

It was impressive to see so many people and so many saltires stretching out along the canal bank , and they were there from where I stood at the west end to where the canal reached the east !
