Daylight saving

Will be used during winter ...

This shot presented "candles" that are placed all over the city in December. In the picture the flame is missing. The flame on the top consist of elctric light. The candles are about 4 m high and looks pretty nice in the winter but a little strange in the summer. I find them in a parking place today.
