from my Birthday on a dark, wet, horrible day!

Thank you for all you kind wishes yesterday :)

I have had to wait in all day for a nurse phone call - and she has not yet phoned at nearly 4pm.  I find it very unsettling and have done very little...especially after yesterday's lovely day out!  

I'm terrified that if I get on and do something I'll miss that call because I won't hear it (after the last time a few weeks ago!).  I don't want to have to wait in again tomorrow as despite the weather I want to get out (and today I want to get out and put the rubbish out before it gets dark grrr...)
