It really is a wonderful aroma. Fresh tomatoes at room temperature, sliced to soften & release their juices.
They were added to onions, garlic, rosemary & chilli. Fried until they broke down, then giant butter beans & olives stirred in to heat through. All served on home made sourdough garlic bread & scattered with crumbled feta.
Other than that it was work.
