Storm Babet

It takes a lot of editing to bring out the features of a sky that to the naked eye looks basically a pretty even grey. The storm arrived later than advertised here. There was some light rain in the morning but the heavy stuff only came after lunch.

I've spent loads of time on camera club stuff this morning. So many emails flying about it's hard to keep track of them.

In other news it is grandson Joe's 5th birthday today. We had a photo this morning of him sitting next to his very carefully arranged presents, just in his pants and wearing just one sock. Not suitable for adding to my blip! This evening we had a video call with him and watched him blowing out the candles on his cake. He showed us some of his presents, mainly super hero related things. He was particularly pleased with Squirrel Girl. Who knew?
